Property Management Minor

For students interested in the field of Property Management, the Minor provides coursework that can prepare for professional licenses such as the CALP (Certified Apartment Leasing Professional), CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and CPM (Certified Property Manager). Property Management Minor Requirements:

The Undergraduate Minor in Property Management consists of 15 credit hours, composed of the following four required courses and one elective course.
