Property Management Minor

 Requirements:

The Minor in Property Management is perfect for students interested in careers in property management. Open to students from any major, the program provides the coursework needed to prepare for professional certifications such as CALP (Certified Apartment Leasing Professional), CAM (Certified Apartment Manager), and CPM (Certified Property Manager).

The minor requires 15 credit hours, including four required courses and one elective. Students must earn a grade of C or higher in all courses to complete the minor.
