Academic Programs:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Real Estate and Property Management prepares students to manage a variety of commercial, industrial and residential properties and real estate holdings. Students acquire knowledge in areas such as leasing policies/consulting, legal issues, marketing and management strategies, tenant relations, accounting, maintenance and communication. - Minor in Real Estate and Property Management for students interested in the field, the Minor provides coursework that will help them prepare for professional licenses such as CALP (Certified Apartment Leasing Professional), CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and CPM (Certified Property Manager).
