Using the NRP & Millennia Property Management Center (BU 220)

The NRP & Millennia Property Management Center (BU 220 on the campus map) is located on the second floor of the Monte Ahuja College of Business Building. As one of our newest spaces on campus, we are proud to showcase the room and host events.

All reservation requests will be reviewed within two to three business days after submission of the form below. Inquiries regarding submissions should be sent to businessdean@csuohio.edu. Before completing the form, please review the policies and procedures below.

Policies and Procedures for Use of Space:

  • All scheduling and arrangements are handled by the Monte Ahuja College of Business Dean's Office.
  • Each user or primary event contact of the space is fully responsible for cleaning the space after use.
  • Complete the registration form below
  • Each submission allows for one event date(s) and time(s).
  • If you or your organization require additional dates, you must complete a new reservation form.
  • No thumb tacks or tape of any kind are to be used on the Center's walls, furniture or other surfaces.
Scheduling Confirmation:
  • All reservation requests will be confirmed via the email address used in the form below and will include if the request is approved or denied. 
  • All reservation requests will be reviewed within two to three business days after submission of the form below.
  • Approved reservation requests will include any specific needs requested for BU 220.
  • Denied reservation requests will list why the request was denied.  
  • All direct communication about reservation request can be sent to businessdean@csuohio.edu.
Event Policies:
  • The Monte Ahuja College of Business Dean's office staff can provide key access to open the room. This information will be included in your reservation confirmation.
  • The Monte Ahuja College of Business Dean's office staff cannot provide staffing to assist with room set-up or acquisition of other materials that are not in the NRP & Millennia Property Management Center space (BU 220).
  • The reservation requester on the form is fully responsible for communicating and securing additional items used in the space, removing those items from the space at the end of the event and returning those items if they are borrowed from other sources within the College of Business or other departments.
  • The reservation requester on the form is fully responsible for the removal of all food and beverages from the room.
  • No food or beverages are to be left in the cabinets or the refrigerator.
  • The reservation requester on the form is responsible for removing the trash cans located in the space just outside the door of the space for pick-up by the cleaning staff.
  • The reservation requester on the form is fully responsible for wiping down the counter, the sink (if used) tables and chairs. 
  • The reservation requester on the form is fully responsible for closing the door and turning off the main lights at the end of the event dates/times listed on the event form.
  • No thumb tacks or tape of any kind are to be used on the Center's walls, furniture or other surfaces.

Please Note: Users of the NRP & Millennia Property Management Center (BU 220) who do not follow these policies risk cancellation of their future events. Please know, the following policies and procedures have been developed to ensure the proper use and preservation of the space.  We strongly advise even requestors to recruit students or other staff to help you with the User Room Policies. 

All reservations not directly associated with the Monte Ahuja College of Business are subject to cancellation based on priority needs for specific College of Business events.
