AI Impact on Operations and Supply Chain

The Institute of Supply Chain, Cleveland Chapter will have a board meeting and a Seminar presentation on November 6, 6:00pm at Monte Ahuja College of Business, in BUS 220. 

The rapid evolution of Generative AI is reshaping modern business operations, presenting both exciting opportunities and complex challenges for operations and supply chain management. This session will examine how Gen AI enhances data-driven decision-making, demand forecasting, logistics, warehouse automation, and inventory optimization. Case studies from IBM, Siemens, Tesla, and NVIDIA will illustrate real-world applications, while an Amazon AWS representative will discuss how AWS Supply Chain leverages Gen AI to address and optimize specific supply chain challenges.
