Information Systems Minor

Minor in Information Systems

Students minoring in Information Systems are required to take a minimum of 16 credits in Information Systems. including the following four required courses:

Required Courses for the Minor (12 Credit Hours):

• IST 203 Software Tools for Personal Productivity  
• IST 211 Fundamentals of System Development 
• IST 321 System Analysis Methods 
• IST 331 Modern Database Design & Implementation 

The remainder can be selected from IST courses. CIS courses may not be used as electives for the Information Systems minor.
