Online Master of Human Resources Management Degree Requirements

Overview:

The Master of Human Resource Management program consists of a minimum of thirty-three semester hours. The program is delivered entirely online to accommodate all students, including those who are currently working. While a majority of enrollees are part-time students, the program also enrolls many full-time students. Full-time students usually take three semesters to complete the degree.

Exit Requirement: HRCI Exam

All students admitted into the Master of Human Resource Management program after Summer 2021 will be required to take the HRCI credentials examination that is appropriate for their career stage. This will be taken in their last semester of study and is paid for by the college. Students documenting current PHR or SPHR certification may have this requirement waived.
