Student Services
The Monte Ahuja College of Business Student Services Center is open and staffed during the days and times of Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; however, we are closed from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM for the lunch hour. Prospective and current undergraduate students can schedule an appointment online through Starfish.
The center serves as a one-stop resource for students in the Monte Ahuja College of Business

How to Schedule an Academic Coaching Appointment
- Graduate Students:
- Use our Self-Scheduling Calendar, click here for our Online Appointment Self-Scheduler Calendar to schedule your appointment today:
- Students create a student profile, and then schedule an appointment with a business academic advisor
- Both current and prospective students can use this system
- Use our Front Desk Service by contacting the Center by phone at 216-687-3729 to schedule an appointment during our hours of operation Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
However, it is much quicker to use our 24/7 Online Appointment Self-Scheduler system listed above to schedule an academic advising appointment.
