Tony Asher Honored by Arab American Bar Association of Ohio

Weston Ideation Lab board member Tony Asher was recognized by the Arab American Bar Association of Ohio with a distinguished award on April 25, 2026 at the La Centre Conference & Banquet Facility.

A respected leader and longtime advocate for entrepreneurship and community engagement, Asher has made a lasting impact both at CSU and throughout Northeast Ohio. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Weston Ideation Center, where he has played a key role in guiding innovation-focused initiatives that support students, startups, and the regional business community.

Before his retirement, Asher was a leader at Weston Inc, where he built a career grounded in business development and community partnership—experience he has continued to bring to his work with Cleveland State.

His contributions to CSU’s entrepreneurial ecosystem have helped strengthen connections between the university and the broader business community, creating meaningful opportunities for collaboration and growth.
