Sarah Biddulph is the Rotary Club of Cleveland's Excellence in Human Resources Management honoree for 2023. Sarah has lived in the Greater Cleveland area her entire life. She graduated from North Olmsted High School in 2020, but began attending Cleveland State University during her senior year of high school as part of the College Credit Plus program. She graduated from CSU in December of 2022 Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management.

Sarah is currently a graduate student here at CSU on her way to earning a Master of Labor Relations and Human Resources. She expects to graduate in the Spring of 2024 and plans to also earn a graduate certificate in Organizational Change.

Sarah began her professional career in 2021 with a human resources internship at Charter Steel in Cuyahoga Heights. Once she graduated with her undergraduate degree and started graduate school, she switched to another internship within the same company. She currently works remotely for the corporate office as a human resources Intern and will continue through graduation. She plans to continue her career in Human Resources and hopes to eventually start her own business.

In her free time, Sarah loves doing anything that is active or creative. Some of her hobbies include dancing, rock climbing, performing aerial acrobatics and creating resin art.
