Kyle Rich

Kyle J. Rich is the Rotary Club of Cleveland's Excellence in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Kyle will graduate from Cleveland State in 2021 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management and a 3.85 GPA. Since 2000, Kyle has worked for The Sherwin-Williams Company, holding roles of increasing responsibility including store management, sales, inventory operations, continuous improvement and marketing. He is currently Regional Facilities Manager overseeing the Performance Coatings Group facilities in the Northeast region of the United States. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt and has a passion for solving problems and using data to find useful insights.

Kyle plans to continue working at Sherwin-Williams until retirement and is proud to work for a respected, historic, Cleveland-based company. Kyle plans to continue his education and earn a Master of Business Administration degree and would some day like to return to CSU as an instructor to give back and advise the next generation of students - particularly non-traditional students who work full-time and attend classes in the evening.

Kyle and his wife of 14 years, Brittany live in Olmsted Township with their two daughters, Avery and Lainey. When not working or going to school, Kyle enjoys boating with his family on Lake Erie, watching his daughters play sports and golfing. Kyle travels for work and enjoys exploring the history in the many cities he has visited.

The Rotary Club of Cleveland congratulated Kyle on his excellence in Operations and Supply Chain Management on April 22nd 2021.
