On Thursday, April 30th 2020, the Rotary Club of Cleveland presented Carla Diab with the Awards of Excellence in Finance. From Rocky River, Ohio, Carla graduated from Rocky River High School in 2016 and enrolled at Cleveland State as a Finance Major. While in college, she worked as a baby sitter for neighborhood families, as a sales associate at Five Below and as a dietary aide at The Welsh Home, an assisted living facility for the elderly.
Carla completed a finance internship at KeyBank in the Corporate Treasury Department during the Summer of 2019. She is currently working in a second KeyBank internship in Investor Relations and will be joining KeyBank full-time in July as part of their Finance Rotational Analyst program. She hopes to one day continue her education and pursue a master's degree.
Carla is a proud member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars at CSU. She is also a member of her Saint Maron church group, the Maronite Adult Organization. In her free time, Carla loves exploring new restaurants, spending time with friends and most of all traveling. One of her favorite experiences when traveling is cave diving in Mexico. She is also of Lebanese heritage and bilingual (English and Arabic).
