Ashley Montanaro

Ashley Marie Montanaro is the Rotary Club of Cleveland's Excellence Graduate Student honoree for 2022. Ashley is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) student graduating in May of 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from Kent State University in 2018.

She worked in Human Resources at the Cleveland Clinic prior to working at Steris in HR Shared Services. She was recently promoted to HR Shared Services Team Lead. After graduation, Ashley plans to use her degree to continue to advance within the Human Resources field and her career.
