Following his retirement from Lubrizol in December 2011, Steve Kirk joined Cleveland State University as Executive in Residence in the Monte Ahuja College of Business. In this volunteer role Steve works primarily with the Executive MBA program as Leadership Coach and helps prepare students in the program for senior level leadership and executive positions.

In the Executive Briefing, Steve spoke about the Intersection of Sales and Marketing, his 43-year career at Lubrizol, a global Fortune 500 company where he was Chief Operating Officer leading over 6,500 people. Steve shared his experience leading a team that spanned the globe, his time as President of Lubrizol Additives and how he began his role at Lubrizol.
