Robert Norton

Robert Norton is the president, chairman, and CEO of GCA Services Group, a leading national provider of quality services employing more than 20,000 people. Norton's broad experience with leading international brands and a core focus on customer statisfaction has enabled GCA to continue to exceed customer expectations and provide leadership in the growing facility services management sector. 

Prior to joining GCA, Norton was the chairman and CEO of Florist Transworld Delivery, Inc. (FTD), a leading provider of floral services and products worldwide. Under his leadership, FTD more than doubled its revenues and profitability while working with a domestic network of 20,000 florists and another 35,000 florists worldwide.
