Prior to joining GCA, Norton was the chairman and CEO of Florist Transworld Delivery, Inc. (FTD), a leading provider of floral services and products worldwide. Under his leadership, FTD more than doubled its revenues and profitability while working with a domestic network of 20,000 florists and another 35,000 florists worldwide.
