Eleena Tol

Eleena Tol has been an Accounting Co-op with Sherwin-Williams since May 2018. The Accounting Major is focused in the financial reporting department and involves creating a weekly preliminary sales report of all the divisions in Sherwin. This report includes numbers from paint stores, Latin America, performance coatings and consumer brands.

She also has monthly tasks which include loading headcount data of all Sherwin employees into Oracle's EPM system, receiving DRG (data relationship governance) requests to add/disable cost centers, divisions, accounts and receiving a file to report Canadian retail and wholesale store's sales and inventory through monthly government surveys.

There are other projects Eleena has also worked on during her tenure including reconciliation of Sherwin-Williams' employees' business phones to determine those calls not associated with business. This task eventually saved thousands of dollars. Eleena also assisted in loading budget data for European cost centers. Her time at Sherwin has provided an insight on how large businesses function and the knowledge gained thus far proves essential to her current and future career.
