Donald G. Golden

Donald G. GoldenDr. Donald Golden is associate professor emeritus of Computer & Information Science at the Nance College of Business.  He began his teaching career in 1979 as an assistant professor, became an associate professor in 1986 and department chair from 1998-2005.  He retired in 2008.  His specialties include systems analysis and design (object-oriented and structured), information systems development, and software engineering.

Prior to joining the faculty at the Nance College of Business, he was VP of systems development at Ecotran, Inc. and manager of systems and programming at Chi Corporation, both Cleveland-based companies.

Dr. Golden earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and both a master’s degree and PhD in computer science from Case Western Reserve University.
