Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter Earns Honor Status

August 2021

The Cleveland State University chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) has once again earned honors status in 2021. This is the sixth year in a row for the CSU chapter to be recognized by the international business honors society as an Honors Chapter. The chapter was recognized as a Highest Honors Chapter in 2020 and High Honors chapter in 2018 and 2016 for academic excellence and working diligently to enhance the organization's stature on campus.

The Cleveland State University chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma was established in 1974. 

Founded in 1913, Beta Gamma Sigma is an international business honor society for AACSB-accredited schools, which are the top 5% of business school programs around the world. Inducted as students, Beta Gamma Sigma members go on to serve in critical leadership roles in corporate, entrepreneurial, government, non-profit and academic sections. Members currently reside in all 50 U.S. states and in more than 190 countries worldwide.
