Andrew C. Gross was a Professor of Marketing and International Business frrom 1968 to 2018, faithfully serving Cleveland State University for 50 years. The College celebrated his services with a 50 year celebration on May 3, 2018. 

During his time at CSU, he also served as a visiting professor at several institutions. In 1989, and again in 1992, he was a Fulbright Senior Scholar at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences and the new International Management Center in Hungary, where he was appointed an adjunct senior lecturer. 

During his time at CSU, he served on the board of editors of various journals and on executive committees of civic organizations such as the World Trade Association of Cleveland.  He is a book reviewer for several business publishers. During the past 35 years, he has written over 100 articles, chapters, proceedings, or papers for numerous academic and professional journals.  Dr. Gross is also the co-author of four books.

Cleveland State University presented Dr. Gross with the Distinguished Research/Teaching award in 1981 and the Distinguished Service award in 2006. He was inducted into the Business Hall of Fame in 2009.
