CSU Students Earn Honorable Mention At 2020 Case Competition

The Cleveland State University American Marketing Association (AMA) team earned an honorable mention recognitiCSU Student Creative for PODSon in the annual AMA Collegiate Case Competition. This placed CSU in the top 25% of participating schools.

"All of the students did excellent work during a particularly challenging time when their groupwork and classes took place online," said AMA Advisor Professor Kim Ruggeri. "I'm proud of their work."

The 2020 client was PODS, the moving and storage company. The challenge was to present a marketing plan that would increase awareness, improve perception and reverse the decline in usage among Gen Z and Millennials.  A particular challenge at a time when moving has changed drastically as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
