Edward Crouse and Dalithia Smith

Two MBA Alumni Promoted at Lincoln Electric

In September 2016, two Cleveland State University MBA alumni were promoted at Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. Edward M. Crouse was named Vice President of Cleveland Operations and Dalithia C. Smith was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources.

Crouse oversees manufacturing and operational support activities across the company's northeast Ohio facilities. He joined Lincoln Electric in 1986 as an engineering trainee and has held numerous positions in research and development, manufacturing and producting planning. Most recently, Crouse was General Manager, Consumables. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute and is an MBA alumnus of Cleveland State University.

Smith is responsible for overseeing human resource functions acrss the Americas Welding segment. She joined Lincoln Electric in 2007 as Director, recruiting talent and most recently served as Director, North America Human Resources. Smith earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University and an MBA from Cleveland State University.
