Monday, January 15: Martin Luther King Jr. Day - University Holiday - no classes and offices are closed.

Tuesday, January 16: First day of classes for the Spring 2024 Semester.

Tuesday, January 16: Merchant Series #4: All things Legal for Small Businesses with our Small Business Development Center – talk all things Legal with an attorney from the Cleveland Metro Bar Association! 9:30 AM 11:00 AM. 

Wednesday, January 24: Launch Your Business with Customer-Focused Marketing – learn about the benefits of customer-focused marketing – 12:00 PM to 1 PM. 

Thursday, January 25: Startup Essentials with our Small Business Development Center is ideal for individuals thinking about starting a business, entrepreneurs and small businesses looking to scale and learn about resources. 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. 

Tuesday, January 30: Business Analytics Panel Discussion. Learn more about a career in Business Analytics. 11:30 AM -12:30 PM (the common hour). BU220 – Property Management Center. 

February 2024:

Thursday, February 1: Donuts with the Dean. Join us on the first Thursday of the month, from 9:45 to 10:30 AM (approximately - because once the donuts are gone, so are we!) during the Spring 2024 Semester to have In-Person Donuts with a Dean in our College of Business Building Lobby! 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM. BU Lobby.

Thursday, February 1: Property Management information session. Learn from professionals within the industry and what internships and career positions are available in this growing field. 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. 

Tuesday, February 6: Vikings Real Estate Club – First Meeting. Stop by anytime between 11:30 AM to 1 PM. Refreshments will be provided. The meeting will be held in BU 220 (The NRP & Millennia Property Management Center).

Wednesday, February 7: Canva 101. Learn how to use Canva for your business! Bring your laptop, and follow along as instructor Niki Spencer shows you how to create content, branding, and other options using Canva for your business! 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
