Small Business Global Gateway

Led by Dr. Rama K. Jayanti, Monte Ahuja Endowed Global Chair in Business, this initiative is dedicated to supporting and inspiring small business export success through research, dialogue, and global collaboration.

Dr. Jayanti is a Professor of Marketing and a Fulbright Fellow at Cleveland State University with over three decades of academic and consulting experience across the United States, Germany, India, and Singapore. Her work centers on global business strategy, consumer culture, international pharmaceutical marketing, and the digital transformation of global business practices. She is a trusted advisor to multinational companies and an active contributor to small business export policy and practice through her involvement with the U.S. District Export Council.

This initiative reflects her vision: to build a thriving community of small business export enthusiasts—entrepreneurs, students, scholars, and professionals—committed to exchanging ideas, sharing real-world insights, and exploring best practices in global trade.
