Dean

Raymond Henry, Ph.D., serves as Interim Dean of the Monte Ahuja College of Business  Dr. Henry joined Cleveland State University in 2010 and has served in a variety of academic and administrative leadership roles. From 2019 to 2023, he served as Associate Dean of the Monte Ahuja College of Business, where he helped advance strategic initiatives, support faculty and student success, and strengthen the college's academic programs and operations. He has also served as Chair of the Department of Information Systems and most recently he served Cleveland State University as Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs

As a Professor of Information Systems, Dr. Henry's research interests include human-computer interaction, systems development, knowledge management, and information technology governance. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and has built a distinguished career as a scholar, educator, and administrator.

In recognition of his commitment to teaching and student success, Dr. Henry received Cleveland State University's Golden Apple Award in 2018, recognized for his outstanding contributions as a faculty member.

As Interim Dean, Dr. Henry is focused on supporting faculty, staff, and students while continuing to advance the Monte Ahuja College of Business's mission of preparing graduates to lead and succeed in a rapidly changing business environment.
