The Ohio Society of CPAs Accounting Careers Leadership Academy will take place on Thursday, May 14th and Friday, May 15th at the Hilton Easton in Columbus Ohio.
This is an all-expenses paid conference that seeks to engage college students from traditionally underrepresented populations in the accounting careers pipeline. The event aims to strengthen professional skills, provide insight on the CPA exam and highlight the limitless possibilities of a career as a CPA. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in a networking mixer where they will connect with representatives from firms and companies throughout Ohio.
Underrepresented CPAs and accounting professionals, include, but are not limited to those who identify as: having a disability, LGBTQ, veterans, first-generation college students and people of color.
Again, there is no cost to attend!
