Teresa Lindsey

Teresa Lindsey is President and Chief Operating Officer of Channel Products, a privately held, Cleveland-based manufacturer of component systems and technologies for the gas appliance industry. Under her leadership, the company has increased revenue by over 100% and profitability by over 1000%, while securing multiple new patents for newly created technologies.

In addition to her management of Channel Products, Ms. Lindsey has earned a following as a speaker on issues of leadership, personal development, and business culture.  An accomplished business executive, she serves on the Visiting Committee of Cleveland State University's Monte Ahuja College of Business and Chairs the Community Engagement sub-committee.

Ms. Lindsey's recent honors include recognition of Channel Products as a “2017 Smart Culture” award recipient, a ”2017 Distinguished Employer of the Year,” award from the Ohio Cooperative Education Association, “2018 E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year” finalist, “2018 Crain’s Cleveland Women of Note in Manufacturing”, and recognition as a Smart Business Magazine "2018 Progressive Entrepreneur" honoree
