As Chief Administrative Officer, Denise is responsible for providing leadership and oversight direction to Bellwether Enterprise’s Human Resources, Communications, Marketing and Strategic Planning areas. Denise will partner with the other members of the senior management team to develop, communicate and implement strategic business plans that advance the growth of the company.

Denise has over 30 years in the banking and insurance industry. Prior to joining Bellwether, she held a variety of positions at PNC Bank in the areas of Human Resources, Communications and Strategic Planning She has partnered with various executive leaders and teams throughout her career to maximize human capital and drive results.

Denise earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Malone University and is an active Board Member for the American Heart Association, Cleveland Region. She holds certificates in CFA Institute Investment Foundations, Civil Treatment with Employment Learning Innovations, Targeted Selection with Developmental Dimensions Institute and Organizational Development with University Associates.
