During the last several years, artificial intelligence has gained more prominence. Accelerated by the pandemic, businesses were forced to be creative to survive while most of their employees were working remotely. Specifically, the pandemic caused an acceleration of AI taking over white-collar business functions. This panel will address the topic and related questions about where business goes from here regarding AI integration.
Moderated by Information Systems professor, Dr. Charles McElroy, the discussion will feature best practices, lessons learned and potential barriers.
