Marc Giguere is a human resources professional with over 13 years of progressive experience focused on building HR strategies and plans tied to business objectives and enterprise-wide initiatives. Business partner specializing in building human capital capability, aligning structure, talent and culture to drive profitabiliy, innovation and continuous improvement.
Marc will speak on the topic of Diversity and Inclusion Values: Helping the LGBTQ Community Thrive. KeyCorp is one of 16 companies from Ohio that earned perfect scores in the 2017 Corporate Equality Index compiled by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. This foundation is the educational arm of the nation's largest LGBTQ civil rights organization and listed only 517 companies. Collaborative and results-oriented, prior to his current role, Marc supported KeyBanc Capital markets (KBCM), the investment banking and institutional securities sales, research and trading businesses within Key. Prior to joining Key, Marc has over 10 years of experience in private and non-profit service agencies including seven years leading three agencies.
