Women and Minorities in Technology: The Tech Sector Needs YOU!
Carrie Gedeon leverages her many years in IT and the experience she has from a vareity of roles (including IT training, client and server administration, IT management, IT operations and process management) to bring teams together to collaborate on solutions from technical outages to resolving contributing factors for existing problemns to identifying process improvements through her current role as an IT Manager of Problem Management in the iT Capability Improvement organization at Progressive.
Carrie has a Bachelors degree in Telecommunication from Bowling Green State University and a Master's degree in Communication Theory and Metholdology from Cleveland State University. She holds a number of certifications from Salesforce.com, Microsoft (MCSE) and ITIL 3.0. She enjoys volunteering in a number of activities and encouraging young women and girls to become active in STEM fields.
