Founders' Forum is a free program that takes place on Thursday's from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. and includes lunch. 

Thursday, April 23, 2026: Babe Chuppa, Babe's Cafe & Bakery

Ms. Babe Chuppa is a 1991 graduate of Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. Babe is a shining example of enterprising spirit, perseverance, and dedication to community. As the operator and/or owner of Chuppa Family businesses for 32 years, she has built a reputation not only as a successful businessperson but also as a motivator, mentor, and customer service professional whose warmth and energy set her apart. Her journey in the food and hospitality industry is due to her leadership, hard work, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

What makes Babe such an outstanding entrepreneur is her ability to adapt to changing times while staying true to her core values. She understands that a bar, grill, market, café, or bakery is not just about food, but about creating memorable experiences for guests. Her knack for innovation, combined with her business acumen, has allowed her to run thriving establishments that attract loyal customers.
