Kristen PeedKristin Peed, Director of Corporate Risk Management at CBIZ, Inc.

Kristen is the Director of Corporate Risk Management and joined CBIZ in July of 2015 with over twelve years of experience in the insurance industry both on the broker and client side.  She is responsible for placement of the corporate insurance programs and claims management as well as implementation of risk mitigation strategies.  Prior to joining CBIZ, Kristen served as the Risk Manager for Swagelok and a part of the risk management department of STERIS Corporation, a publically traded medical device manufacturer with operations in over two dozen countries, managing both the insurance programs as well as the fleet exposure.  She also has experience as a commercial lines broker through BB&T Insurance and Oswald Companies with a concentration in professional and executive liability.    


 
Andrea StarkeyAndrea Starkey, Westfield University Learning Delivery Program Leader at Westfield Insurance

Andrea Starkey is a Learning Delivery Program Leader at Westfield Insurance. She works in the home office in Westfield Center, Ohio. In her role, Andi is responsible for the successful implementation of day-to-day activities and delivery of educational content associated with training programs for claims and underwriting (Graduate Development Program - GDP), agency producers (The Agency Perpetuation Plan: TAPP) and new employee orientation.

Over the past 20 years in the insurance industry, Andi has fulfilled various assignments in customer service, personal lines underwriting, catastrophe property claims and learning and delivery. In addition to her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Mass Communications degree from Kent State University, she holds four designations: CPCU (Chartered Property Casulaty Underwriters), AIC (Associate In Claims) and AINS (Associate In General Insurance).


 
Khadar SoussouKhadar Soussou, Professional Associate at Oswald Companies

Khadar is a 2015 graduate of John Carroll University with an Accounting undergraduate major and is currently in the process of receiving my MBA. He started with Oswald in August of 2015 as a part of the “Professional Associate Program”. 

 


Danny WebbDanny Webb, Cleveland State University Alumnus and current EMBA student

Danny Webb's working career began straight out of high school. He worked in manufacturing as a weld engineering technician for 5 ½ years. During this time, Danny attended Cleveland State University and majored in Mechanical Engineering. Danny, then transitioned into the health care industry, taking a position as an IT Desktop Support Analyst. During this time, Danny changed his major and graduated from CSU with an undergraduate degree in Physics. While employed as a Desktop Support Analyst, Danny had the opportunity to change careers again, this time working in Data Analysis.

For the past two years, Danny has been working in the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry where he currently leads a team of analysts in a contact center environment for Homesite Insurance as the Manager of Workforce Management & Analytics. Danny is currently pursuing his second degree with CSU as an Executive MBA student. Danny's hobbies and interests include reconnecting with his Korean heritage, astronomy and photography which includes collecting vintage cameras.



David WillingsDavid Willings, Risk Analyst at Risk International

David joined Risk International in June of 2014 as a Risk Analyst and works out of the Fairlawn, Ohio office. He has been involved in supporting and managing the insurance and safety programs at a number of large multinational corporations. David had obtained an Associate in Risk Management designation, (ARM), and serves as a member on the Network of Employers for Traffic Safety (NETS) organization.  David assists with the oversight and implementation of safety programs for a fleet of 3,500 vehicles and provides reports and analysis for Workers’ Compensation programs, and helps in identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This past year, David provided oversight and coordination on an ergonomics case study that was conducted by The Ohio State University.
