Course Description:
A challenge many leaders face is implementing positive, impactful, and lasting change. A change so significant can only be accomplished by identifying and altering people’s behavior and countless other factors such as their values, skills, support, team environment, and incentives. This course will teach you how to pinpoint and affect areas in order to change entrenched behaviors currently present in your organization.
