Can I earn recertification credits taking this course?

If you have already earned the SHRM Certification you can obtain up to 36 professional development credits (if you are attending this program for professional development only).

If I miss an online session will I be able to watch a recording?

Prior arrangements must be made with instructor in order to have sessions recorded.

How do I attend a class?

The course will be available through Microsoft Teams. A reliable internet connection is required.

Can I ask the instructor questions during the online sessions?

Questions are encouraged during online sessions.

Do I need to purchase the SHRM Certification Prep System separately?

No. The SHRM Certification Prep System is included with this program. There are no additional costs.

How long is the course?

The course will consist of 17 2-hour sessions from February - April 2026. 

Is the SHRM exam included with this course?

This course does not include the final exam or exam fee. Practice exams are included. If you need to have your exam fees included in your registration, please contact us at prodev.business@csuohio.edu.
