  • Import and general regulatory and legal framework pertinent to your company
  • Suggested modes of entry

Single Country Catalogue Pricing Analysis

Description and Deliverables: Choose one country (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia – or other) as the subject of this study. Project will focus on the following: 

  • Comparison of your company’s product pricing across a multitude of products
  • Landed cost analysis including projections on the effects of distribution margins
  • Review of tariff effects and possible utility of free trade agreements

Regional Market Potential Report

Description and Deliverables: Member company will receive a report that summarizes the relative market attractiveness across the potential markets to visit during the April trade winds trade mission, albeit at a higher level than what would be presented in a single country analysis. Topics to be studied would include: 

  • Presence of favorable and unfavorable market indicators variables that would suggest a higher probability of market success or not across the region by country
  • Evaluation of the broad regulatory framework pertinent to your company’s industry or industries
  • Presence or lack thereof of competition
  • Quantitative scoring of market attractiveness across the South American region
