The Employer Partnership Program connects organizations with business students throughout their academic journey while lasting relationships with faculty, staff and the College. Whether you're looking to recruit interns, hire full-time talent, increase your visibility on campus, or share your expertise with future business leaders, our partnership levels provide year-round opportunities to engage with students and support career readiness. 

Partnership Levels

Employer Partner... Connect with Talent: Access to Career Expo, job and internship postings, recruiting communications and invitations to participate in employer events for one academic year. 

Preferred Employer Partner... Engage with Talent: In addition to Career Expo and corporate logos shared on Career Expo & digital materials, Preferred Partners receive priority access to networking events, mock interviews, informational interview program, employer panels, company visits and other experiential learning outcomes. 

Corporate Partner... Invest in Talent: Corporate Partners receive all the exclusive benefits above, but have the opportunity to sponsor Career Ready Week, hosting executive speakers, supporting professional development initiatives, or creating signature student experiences. Corporate Partners become an integral part of the Monte Ahuja community.
