Curriculum Overview:
The program consists of five courses - three required and two electives

Organizational Change Specialist – Designing and implementing change initiatives that improve organizational performance and employee engagement.
Change Management Consultant – Helping organizations successfully navigate transitions, mergers, restructurings, and strategic transformations.
Organizational Development (OD) Practitioner – Assessing organizational needs and developing interventions to enhance effectiveness, culture, and productivity.
Human Resources Business Partner – Supporting workforce planning, talent development, and change initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Leadership Development Coordinator – Creating and facilitating programs that strengthen leadership capabilities and prepare future organizational leaders.
Training and Development Manager – Designing learning strategies and professional development programs that support organizational change and employee growth.
