Dr. Xuechao (Jane) Qian, Lazear-Liang is a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. One of Dr. Qian's research areas is the training and supply of health care professionals and their effect on population access to care and health outcomes. She pays particular attention to issues on underrepresentation, diversity, gender and children. Learn more about Dr. Qian here.
