Zachary Wilpula

In Summer 2019, Zachary Wilpula is a Business Analyst Co-op with the Business Process Improvement at Sherwin-Williams. He started his Co-op in October of 2018.

His daily tasks include: Problem/Opportunity Analysis and Documentation; Incident or Work Request Creation and Tracking; Regression Testing, System Updating and Project Implementation; Daily Scheduled Job Monitoring and Month End System Close Activities.

A Finance Major set to graduate in 2020, Zachary says that he has benefited from working at Sherwin-Williams by acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to further advance his career. Problem solving, requirements elicitation, critical thinking, leadership, business expertise, project exposure/project lifecycle, communication, collaboration and managing multiple/shifting priorities are just a few of the skills he attributes to learning at Sherwin-Williams. If he remains with Sherwin-Williams after graduating, he would enjoy seeing other aspects of the company and start as a Field Auditor for his early career.
