Oya TukelDr. Oya Tukel, Emeriti Associate Dean

Dr. Oya Tukel was the Associate Dean of the College of Business during the time of the 2018 SAS Days at CSU. She is currently the Dean of the Martin Tuchman School of Management at the New Jersey Institue of Technology.

A recognized scholar and expert in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Dr. Tukel ensures that students have access to resources and support as well as opportunities for engagement outside the classroom. As former Chair of the Operations & Supply Chain Management Department, Dr. Tukel led her department in creating opportunities for student internships, co-ops and employment.

Dr. Tukel has taught at the doctoral, graduate and undergraduate levels and has received honors for her teaching excellence throughout her career including, most recently the Cleveland State University Alumni Association's Golden Apple Award (2014), the Innovative Programming Award from GoAbroad for Follow the Smartphone Trail (a study abroad program in 2014), America's Super Professor by Faculty Row (2014) and finalist as Best Advisor for the EXPYs Internship program (2013). She most recently received Fulbright Specialist honors.

Toni Paoletta

Toni Paoletta, Director, Professional Development Center

Toni Paoletta is the Director of the Professional Development Center within the Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University. The Professional Development Center offers continuing education, professional development, executive education and custom corporate training for Northeast Ohio businesses, organizations and individuals.

Prior to working at Cleveland State, Toni worked as the Executive Director of Information Technology Training for Cuyahoga Community College. For more than 20 years she has worked for clients in industry, academia, non-profit, economic and workforce development on a variety of issues focusing on instructional design, adult learning and development, growth and innovation, strategy and leadership development. 
Toni received her Master's degree in Adult Education from Cleveland State University and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Higher Education at Cleveland State University focusing her dissertation study on quality assurance in teaching and learning.
