Marc is a partner at the law firm of Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff, where he serves as the Co-Chair of the firm’s nationally recognized Transportation & Logistics Practice Group, which was recognized yet again in 2017 by U.S. News & World Report as the “Transportation Law Firm of the Year” out of all law firms in the United States. Marc represents commercial shippers, carriers of all modes and third-party logistics providers of all kinds in state and federal courts around the country. He also regularly advises these businesses regarding contracting and regulatory issues and provides strategic advice to minimize liability.
Marc is a Past President of the Transportation Lawyers Association and is an active leader in a number of other transportation and logistics-related trade associations, such as the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (where he was a two-term President of the Columbus Roundtable), the Intermodal Association of North America (where he serves as outside General Counsel), the American Trucking Associations, the Transportation Intermediaries Association, the National Shippers Strategic Transportation Council, the International Warehousing Logistics Association and the Transportation Logistics Council. He frequently presents on the subject of transportation and logistics at industry events throughout North America.

Daniel Conway currently serves on the faculty at USF in Tampa, Florida, where he teaches and researches blockchain, IoT (Internet of Things), Artificial Intelligence and analytics. Over the past 20 years, he has also served on faculty at Indiana University, Notre Dame, Northwestern, Florida, Virginia Tech and Iowa. He is on the SAE IoT program committee, a columnist for CognitiveWorld and was the first Professor in Residence at Cisco Systems. He is Chief Operating Officer of the blockchain startup The Apollo Group, Chief Data Officer at QLytix, and serves as an advisor to several blockchain startup companies. At New York Community Bancorp, Zhongcai is respoinsible for enterprise-wide business analytics, providing operation and strategic decision support to such areas as retail deposit management, customer acquisition and retention, product cross-selling, deposit pricing and product development, liquidity management, product and branch profitability and process optimization.
