As Senior Vice President, Jesse Grant leads a CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services (A&T) team based in Cleveland, Ohio. This team actively manages client real estate portfolios for mid-sized, privately held companies and Fortune 500 industry leaders.
The CBRE A&T Team leads the Ohio real estate service industry with a current scope of direct responsibility which includes nearly 100 Million square feet of commercial and retail real estate located across all geographic business units (EMEA, APAC, The Americas). The A&T team works directly with Real Estate Managers/Directors and Business Unit Leaders, leveraging industry expertise and resources to analyze and drive value through a multi-faceted real estate service approach including:
Portfolio Strategy (Strategic M&A Analysis, Logistics Studies, etc.)
The A&T team educates clients on the implications of real estate on strategic business decisions and provides recommendations based on portfolio analysis and past experience. They also work with companies to better manage and report on their real estate. Technology and process playbooks play a paramount role for all service lines, employing internal auditing and SAS 70 compliant techniques to real estate service delivery where applicable.
Jesse and his team have directly executed over 1,000 transactions and currently are responsible for nearly 4,000 properties worldwide. He has built and leads a team of 15 people, and over 120 brokers throughout the United States and in over 50 countries.
Jesse is on the board of directors for the Cleveland Housing Network, Tremont West Development Corporation, is a former City Advocate for the Downtown Cleveland Alliance and is a member of ICSC.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Portland State University, a Master of Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs and a Master of Corporate Real Estate from CORENet.
