Course Description:

The Six Sigma Black Belt Certification course will explain Six Sigma philosophies and principles, including supporting systems and tools that a Black Belt should demonstrate such as team leadership, understand team dynamics and assign team member roles and responsibilities. Upon completion, you will have have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the define, measure, analyze, improve and control (DMAIC) model in accordance with Six Sigma principles. In addition, you will have basic knowledge of lean enterprise concepts, be able to identify non-value-added elements and activities and use specific tools as well as become Six Sigma Black Belt Certified.
