Learn how Brian J. Calamita, owner of Roofing Artisans was able to navigate the 2008 economic crisis and the lessons he learned to prepare for the current COVID-19 pandemic.
About Brian Calamita:
Brian Calamita has been the owner of Roofing Artisans since February 2001. Like many entrepreneurs, his path to corporate independence began with the elimination of his position as an Internet Marketer for a local TV station. His first roofing project was his mother's roof which he sold for $4,500. Since then, he has sold more than $6 million in projects. In addition, Calamita has become a national leader in the Storybook Roofing marketing, with recent projects completed in New York and Kentucky.
Calamita would argue that being an entrepreneur is a state of mind, not a state of being. "Entrepreneurs constantly challenge themselves and are excellent problem solvers," he said.
