Message From the Dean
Dear Monte Ahuja College of Business Students,
Whether you are joining us for the first time or returning to campus, I am excited to welcome you to the Monte Ahuja College of Business.
For those I have not yet met, my name is Ray Henry, and I recently returned to college as Interim Dean. During my 16 years at Cleveland State University, I have had the privilege or serving as a faculty member, department chair, associate dean, and vice provost. It is an honor to be back in the college and to support your success.
As you begin the semester, I encourage you to take advantage of all that the college has to offer. Challenge yourself in the classroom, connect with your professors, get involved in student organizations, explore internship opportunities, and build relationships with your classmates. The experiences you gain here will help prepare you for a successful future.
This year brings exciting opportunities, including the opening of our new Viking Trading Lab and expanded experiential learning opportunities designed to help you connect your education with the world of business.
On behalf of our faculty and staff, welcome back. We are excited to be part of your journey and look forward to celebrating your accomplishments throughout the year.
