Meghan Salkin

Salkin BW.jpgMeghan Salkin is the Assistant Director for the Centers for Outreach & Engagement in the Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University. In this role, she provides operational and program leadership across the College's entrepreneurship, small business, global business, workforce and professional development, and community engagement initiatives.

With nearly two decades of experience at Cleveland State, Meghan manages complex budgets and funding streams, grants and gifts, contracts and vendors, staffing, operational systems, communications, partnerships, programs, and major events. She works across the university and with businesses, funders, community organizations, government partners, entrepreneurs, faculty, staff, students, and volunteers to develop and implement programs that serve CSU and the Northeast Ohio community.

Meghan has played a key role in developing and operating initiatives including Startup Vikes, the Community Innovation Challenge, Professional Development Center programming, and TEDxClevelandStateUniversity. Her work focuses on translating ideas into executable programs, developing effective systems and processes, coordinating people and resources, and creating the operational infrastructure necessary for programs to grow and succeed.

Meghan earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Master of Arts in Global Interactions from Cleveland State University.
